CEMETERYSPOT.ORG, CEMETERY PROPERTY LISTING SERVICE (CPLS) TERMS OF SERVICE FOR SELLERS:
FREE LISTING:
Defined as a person, association, group, corporation or other entity publishing a free 30 day listing on the www.cemeteryspot.org, Cemetery Property Listing Service (CPLS) web site for the purpose of selling cemetery property, including but not limited to: cemetery plots, graves, columbaria, mausoleum crypts, vaults, cremation niches or any other property within a cemetery intended for the use of the interment of human remains, or related in some way to the interment of human remains.
TERMS OF 30 DAY FREE LISTING SERVICE:
1. All listings placed on the www.cemeteryspot.org web site shall enjoy unlimited 30 day periods of free service, until the listing is canceled or purchased; or, the listing agency chooses the convenience of purchasing a multi-month program to avoid missing re-listing your cemetery property.
2. All CPLS listings not cancelled within any 30 day free listing period will be considered active listings. These listings will have to be renewed (re-listed) at the end of each 30 day period to remain as active listings. There is no charge for doing so unless a a multi-month discounted listing plan is chosen.
3. It is the sole responsibility of the entity placing the listing to cancel the listing within any free 30 day listing period to avoid future email offers or inquiries, unless a multi-month discounted listing plan is chosen.
4. Cancellation of a listing is immediate and will cause the listing to be deleted from our database and making it not viewable on the www.cemeteryspot.org web site from the date/time of cancellation.
CANCELLATION METHOD:
1. All listings must be cancelled using the www.CemeterySpot.org web site "Manage Listings" function which is accessible from the Home Page of the www.CemeterySpot.org web site, as well as several other pages, by keying your user name and password in the “Login” box.
2. All information needed to access "Manage Listings" will be sent via email to the entity of record of the 30 day free listing upon approval and publication of the listing.
3. Login information retrieval is available via the "Login" link Forgot password or ID, available in any Login box, for entity’s who may have lost, misplaced or forgotten their Login information needed to access "Manage Listings".
LISTING RENEWAL METHOD:
1. Renewal of published listing shall be completed manually by the listing entity at the expiration of a 30 day free listing period or done automatically by purchasing a multi-month discounted listing plan
RE-POSTED LISTINGS:
Listings that were previously posted by the listing entity through the "Manage Listing" function, or by the listing entity emailing hal@cemeteryspot.com from the email address associated with the listing entity’s CemeterySpot.org CPLS Service account, or by the user telephoning CemeterySpot.org at (405) 210-4363 and providing ownership of account verification information, shall be considered active re-posted free listings for a 30 day period; or, if the listing entity prefers an upgrade to the multi-month rate can be applied as a single immediate charge.
LISTING TERM:
Shall be a 30 day period beginning from the date of the posting of the listing.
APPROVAL PROCESS OF LISTING CONTENT/UPDATES/CHANGES/CORRECTIONS:
All listings are reviewed for content prior to publication. CemeterySpot.org, to the best of our ability, will ensure that the content published on the Cemetery Property Listing Service (CPLS) is accurate and non-offensive (see disclaimer).
